Dr. Hammad Omer delivered an invited talk at International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence
Medical Imaging and Pattern Recognition (ISAIMP-2023) organized by Artificial Intelligence
Technology Centre (AITeC), National Center for Physics, Islamabad, Pakistan on July 24, 2023. Dr.
Omer’s talk was entitled “AI in Magnetic Resonance Image (MRI) Reconstruction” where he talked
about how his research lab (MIPRG Lab) at ECE Department, COMSATS University Islamabad,
Pakistan used Artificial Intelligence (AI) to overcome the long scan time and other limitations of
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) over the past few years. The talk was fondly attended by many
eminent national and international AI experts and researchers.
